ADSL for you ?
ADSL is good used for light web browsing and receiving email. It is not for sending large files, large email attachments, sending files to the Internet. And it doesn't have SLA (service level agreement) so 100% uptime is not guarantee.
SDSL for you ?
SDSL is used for companies who host their own web services, receive large amounts of datai.e. photographers, architects, designers, publishers, printers, marketing/advertising companies. It is quite often used for remote workers and branch offices requiring a high quality connection to their Head Office.
